White iPhone 4 paint issues fixed, is it time for it to hit the market?

Apple’s white iPhone 4 has started showing  up in various carriers’ stock handling systems  recently throughout the world but it has been unclear whether it was a mistake or white iPhone really is coming soon. Actually Apple is delaying the white version until Spring 2011 due to ‘manufacturing problems’. According to sources at the time the painting of the handset with a white color was proving more difficult than Apple had hoped with producing a uniform color being the main problem.

Now though, the issue has been resolved by a small company in Japan.
According to Macotakara, the unknown company has developed a new type of paint that can be applied in a more uniform way than before. This means more uniform colors, which in turn means a happy Apple quality controller.
According to a source, specified printing white color for iPhone 4 brings poor yield and then huge number of defective products. This is the reason of disturbing to start manufacturing, a source said.
To solve this problem, a Japanese company developed miracle painting material which is able to be set thickness of painting layer.
For those who are still on a wait for White iPhone, I say what you need now is a pill of patience. With no official news from Apple we can just wait and see.

iPhone 5 and iPad 2 devices will feature NFC

Didn’t we see it coming? Apple’s new iPhone 5 and iPad 2 are going to feature NFC (Near Field Technology). The information has been leaked from the hardware manufacturers and according to them the company has been asked by Apple to produce the hardware, with an order of ten million units placed for the new iPhone handset.
Google and HTC’s Nexus S already support the hardware to make it happen because NFC is definitely making its mark in the near future. A report from Bloomberg cites Richard Doherty of Envisioning Group saying that ‘Apple sources’ have told him that an NFC-equipped iPhone is indeed on the way.

$30 unlimited data plan for Verizon iPhone 4 will be a limited offer

Verizon CEO Lowell McAdam on Tuesday confirmed to The Wall Street Journal that Verizon Wireless will offer a $30 unlimited data plan for the iPhone 4. He later stated that the iPhone’s unlimited data plan will be a limited time offer, after which Verizon Wireless will move to capped data plans similar to the plans offered by AT&T.
With this move in, Verizon Wireless has an advantage among the customers who might be looking to make their first iPhone Purchase. While existing iPhone users on AT&T’s network may be grandfathered into the carrier’s old unlimited data plan, new subscribers are forced to choose between two capped plans, the larger of which only provides 2GB of data for $25 per month. Verizon now claims it to be the device that millions of people are waiting for, launching on Feb 10th I say it is worth waiting.

HP Topaz webOS tablet revealed

A render of Palm’s large-form tablet was first seen earlier this month, but this time around there are specs and plenty of details to go along with new renders and slides. Codenamed Topaz, this webOS-powered slate will reportedly feature a 9.7-inch 1024 x 768-pixel oil and scratch-resistant display, a 1.2GHz processor, an Adreno 220 graphics processor, 512MB of DDR2 RAM, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, a front-facing camera for video chat, integrated Beats audio and two 3,150 mAh batteries that should deliver 8 hours of usage. HP will reportedly launch a Wi-Fi-only version of the Topaz initially, but 3G and 4G versions will follow soon after — obviously.

The look may be very familiar but we’re still excited to see it become a reality alongside next-generation Touchstone technology and some new cloud-based services to compliment Palm’s gorgeous OS.

WP7 Game Boy emulator demoed

Microsoft’s Windows Phone 7 is sort of still catching up with the other smartphones in terms of having plenty of games. And it’s going to take on Classic games with the addition of this Game Boy emulator, running in Silverlight courtesy of Samuel Blanchar.
Right now it is still a work in progress, a few problems like being unable to save your in-game progress and needing some further polish, but it certainly looks like it runs well enough — though hopefully he gets that aspect ratio fixed before offering this up for download.

White iPhone 4 Option Appears Once Again

The white iPhone 4 was last week reportedly seen in an internal Best Buy inventory database with a February 27th release date and similar reports of listing sightings with Vodafone Germany, and now the case seems to be that the white iPhone has appeared as an option for the users who manage their accounts online. The option appears in a section of the site where users can specify their current phone if the one automatically generated by AT&T’s systems is incorrect.
The entries appear in AT&T’s Online Account Management system (OLAM), and read as “iPhone 4 – 16GB White” and “iPhone 4 – 32GB White.” While we have been unable to confirm that these options are indeed new, we have verified that they are present on AT&T’s site. Also unknown is whether the growing number of listings are based on actual information on the device’s availability being provided by Apple or if the carriers and retailers are simply preparing their systems for a potential launch based on Apple’s most recent public claims of “spring” availability.
